The site and products are operated by Fincray Services Ltd (RC 7364244), Second Floor, Philgal Empire, No 30 Freetown Street, off Ademola Adetokunbo Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja. Advisory mandates, capital introductions, and related engagements are also subject to separate written agreements where applicable. If those agreements conflict with these website terms, the written engagement controls for that work.

Public pages are informational. Office and Deal Room are invite-only. You must keep login credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

We may suspend or revoke access where we reasonably believe these terms, security, or applicable law have been breached.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the products, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt service.
• Upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
• Share confidential deal, funder, or client information outside authorised recipients.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the platform without our written consent.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for claims arising from website use is limited to fees (if any) you paid us for that access in the three months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Nigeria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
